Equitance's Brightening Foaming Cleanser has quickly become a daily mainstay in my skin care routine. Now, Equitance is a new brand to the US market — though it has been quite popular in Japan for years now — so I wanted start by introducing you to their fabulous cleanser because it is one of the very best I have ever used. The Equitance Brightening Foaming Cleanser ($30 USD, 4.2 fl. oz.) gently lathers away dull skin cell and harmful pollutants. It is the perfect start to every morning because it is so creamy and nourishing. I was struck immediately by the unique rich lather, which is dense but truly soothing and calming. Most foaming cleansers leave my skin feeling stripped and parched, but this Equitance cleanser left my skin feeling balanced and supple.

I use a pea-sized amount every day on a slightly damp face, and the soft white foam effortlessly washes away all my sebum and skin care residue. I love that the formula uses a unique blend of brightening ingredients to even dull skin tones, which actually does make my spots and acne scars less noticeable. Linoleic Acid is the key ingredient that minimizes the appearance of dark spots, and the Cherry Blossom Leaf Extract softens rough skin. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed by the formula and highly recommend it.
