Easy "Weight Loss" & Healthy Eating Tips + Exercise


Hello, everyone! Some of you have noticed my face is slimmer again.. Yes, I have lose a couple pounds. My weight fluctuates constantly, but I've been trying to be more consistent with healthy eating and exercise. Here are some of the few tips I have been using to cut back on the junk and lose weight in the process!

  1. how much do you weight before? and now? I'm also 5'1 and I'm 110. I want to be 100 but it's really hard to lose that 10 lbs. I've been trying to eat healthier and exercise 3 or 4x a week but it doesn't seem to work.

  2. its was really good video, thank you sooo much for your insipiration! I thought i gonna loose my motivation, i had a hard week, but today i promise my selt i will not stop eating healthy, and i will back into workout routine! Thank you so much once again!!! It help me a lot!!!
