This was a great month for beauty, so this episode is dedicated to throughly reviewing all the best beauty buys
that I have been loving! I was very excited to share them with you, even though there are not as many color
products. I instead chose to focus on lots of basics and real must-haves!
Feel free to let me know what your Favorites for this month were in the comments below. And more drugstore recommendations would be welcome :)

Hi Rae,
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting another informative video! I admire the way you speak! :D As I am highly interested in Becca mineral powder foundation you mentioned in the video, I'm torn between Becca mineral foundation powder and Laura Mercier mineral powder foundation. I watched your early make up videos on Youtube and I'm wondering if you still like LM Mineral powder foundation. Your opinion highly matters as always!!! Thank you for reading my msg and have a wonderful day today!!

A - Wow! Thanks so much for referring to my older videos. Viewers like you really make my day.. resourceful ;) I do not use the LM Mineral powder foundation so much anymore. It's good when you need the bit of SPF during the day, but it's definitely best for dry skin. The Becca is great for normal skin, not too hydrating and not too matte. For the sake of convenience, I would go with the Becca since compacts are always more "on-the-go" friendly :)
DeleteThanks for the quick response. I guess I should try Becca since summer is right around the corner. :-D Keep up with your great work!!!! And I can't wait to watch your next video!!!

Hi, Rae! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm in the market for a good everyday toner, and I recalled that you've recommended the Blue Green Algae Toner from Michael Todd a while back. Do you still use that? Or, have you completely moved on to the DDF toner?
