philosophy loveswept Fragrance Review, Photos

The first philosophy fragrance I fell head over heels for was love sweet love. No brand does wearable, lively and girly fragrances better! So naturally, I was thrilled at the launch of loveswept by philosophy, a new vibrant yet youthful Spring scent.

By definition, loveswept is about energy and emotion. So this is the kind of fragrance that was meant to inspire, to share the message that following your heart and seeing where that can take you is a worthy adventure. philosophy captured those sentiments perfectly with the blend of aquatic Lotus blossom and fruity Purple Passion Fruit notes. It pulls more nectar on me than I expected, but the dry down is sensual thanks to the creamy Amber and White Cedar Wood base.

loveswept is feminine and sweet, with just enough brightness for balance. I love that it holds close to the skin, feeling warm and intimate for hours on end. loveswept recalls the romantic whimsy of modern-vintage model, Nicole Warne of Gary Pepper Girl. Her vivid color palettes, the billowing skirts, the sweeping landscapes, the promise of endless possibilities.. her work is an entirely 'loveswept' collection to remind us to follow our hearts and live a life full of passion.

Now philosophy is offering you a chance to win prizes that will sweep you off your feet! Send a digital note tagged #loveswept via Twitter or Instagram to automatically enter the contest. One lucky winner will receive a getaway trip for two to the famed city of love — Paris, France! The sweepstakes ends on Februrary 15, 2014, so enter now at the philosophy Facebook page HERE. Good luck!
