FITNESS: My Daily Food Journal + Maintaining My Weight

Hello, everyone! I received many requests after my first clean eats cooking video to do a more basic, "ease-into-it" kind of clean eating video. I am no longer in weight-cutting or competition clean eating mode anymore, so this is a much more manageable regimen. I think you guys will find this one allows more flexibility since it is easy to follow and the food is still basic. I use the baking recipes I used in my last video, but I have added dairy and fruit back into the mix! Hope you find it helpful :)

  1. Hi there! Love reading your blog and yt videos! I enjoy reading about your fitness updates as well as your makeup review as they are both so thorough. Just curious, do you use a fitbit, Nike fuel band, or similar device to track your activity? If so, I'd love to hear your thoughts on it!

  3. Such a great help with the salad! I feel as if my salads always are so boring and especially living in Korea (where grocery shopping and NOT eating out is super expensive) has made it really hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Can't wait to go home in 2 weeks and get back into it : D Thanks for sharing!
