It Cosmetics by Jamie Kern is a pretty spectacular brand. All the It products I've tried thus far have proved impressive, but the Bye Bye Redness Neutralizing Cream and this Live, Love, Laugh Anti-Aging Vitality Face Disc are my favorites. This oversized saucer of a trio (highlighter, blush, and bronzer) is well worth the money, so check out the details after the jump!
I love that the It Cosmetics rubberized compact does not attract dust and shimmer nearly as much as the NARS rubberized compact, though it is thinner. This makes the Vitality Face Disc great for traveling since it is more lightweight. The jumbo mirror is also very useful.
The Vitality Disc, $38 USD, was created to mimic a healthy glow. The waterproof matte bronzer, illuminating highlighter, and anti-aging vitality blush are all naturally pretty and flattering on all complexions. The color payoff of the powders is excellent. The bronzer is perfectly neutral, so I like to sweep this all over my face and add extra on the cheekbones. Even though it is a matte bronzer, it is not drying so those with normal skin will love it! The champagne highlighter and coral blush have a golden sheen that truly does add radiance to the skin. The blush is very finely milled (no chunky or noticeable shimmer), so it does not accentuate pores. The vibrant color lasted close to ten hours and barely faded. The highlighter is not quite as refined and accentuated my pores just a little bit. I recommend using a light hand. The blush and bronzer are definitely the stand-outs and are ideal for any occasion since they photograph well.
For those with sensitive skin or even those more conscious about ingredients, these powders are talc and mineral oil free. The Vitality Face Disc does not contain any synthetic fragrances or petrolatum.
The Jumbo Powder Brush, $58 USD, is also oversized (about the size of a microphone) as seen in the photos above, but it is phenomenal. It is quickly becoming my favorite synthetic brush due to its luxe density, which creates an ultra plush feel against the face. The brush head is similar in size to my Tom Ford Bronzer Brush, though the It Cosmetics version is a traditional round shape instead of flat. I favor natural haired bristles, but this brush is top-notch quality. It has a rubberized handle is fairly unique and easy to grip, and the extra length helps to balance out the weight of the brush head. I only use this with the bronzer, since I prefer to use smaller brushes to strategically place my blush and highlighter.

My Vitality Face Disc came as a set with the Jumbo Powder brush in this QVC.com kit. The retail value is $96, but you can save a significant amount and get both products for just $48.50! I highly recommend it, and with Christmas around the corner, it would make a lovely gift.
Bottom Line: It is performance makeup at its finest, and the bronzer is now a staple in my everyday makeup routine.
