Burberry Summer 2016 London with Love Collection Review, Photos, Swatches

It's time to bid a final adieu to summer, even though Souther California has been experiencing an extreme heat wave this week! In honor of this scorching hot weather, I wanted to share my Burberry Summer 2016 London with Love collection picks. I already posted a review video a while back but I thought an update was necessary because I'm still so obsessed with the products! Luckily, they're still available. I took two of the lipsticks with me on my Southeast Asia trip and wore them the entire time!

It's a shame this adorable London with Love blush highlighter was sold out long ago because the texture is divine. Richly pigmented but so finely milled that it is nearly undetectable on the skin when used sparingly, doesn't look like powder! I do not like a strong frosty or glittery finish to my highlighters and blushes, so this duo is perfect in my eyes. I hope Burberry releases this formula again in other colors because it is totally different from their permanent range's satin blushes!

The Kisses Sheer Lipsticks are my absolute favorite, probably one of the best of all time. It was love at first swipe, truly! This glossy formula is truly moisturizing and does not irritate my sensitive lips, plus the color payoff is beyond impressive considering the "sheer" name. The balm-like gel texture makes it easy to layer and create the gradient lip look that I normally wear in my videos. No weird scent or taste or waxy residue, thanks Burberry!

Prior to the launch of the Kisses Sheer lineup, my #1 from Burberry was the Lip Velvet Lipstick. I love the soft matte finish, lightweight texture and wearable color range. They are so comfy and pilling is very minimal with reapplications, unlike with other matte formulas on the market. Rosy Red No428 and Coral Orange No411 are my most worn, but I also adore Nude Apricot No401 as well as Poppy Red No433. Check out my video below to see live action swatches of all these gorgeous lipsticks in action!

The Lip and Cheek Bloom is probably one of Burberry's most underrated products, but it makes a great creme blush! My favorite is the Orange Blossom No7 shade, shown below. I personally do not wear them on my lips because I like a more hydrating formula for nourishment, but these beauties last all day on the cheeks! I highly recommend using your fingers to apply them because the warmth helps blend out the product more evenly.
