FITNESS | Weight Loss Update + Bikini Body Meal Prep



I have stellar moments and bad days just like everyone else, but the whole purpose of this healthy and lean lifestyle transition is to help me look and feel my best daily! Progress can be inconsistent based on my stress level and my schedule, but we have to remind ourselves that every day we wake up is an opportunity for us to be better and reach our goals, big or small.
