Hi! I was just wondering what your favorite eyeliner is as my eyes are super watery and NOTHING has the ability to stay on my eyes and not slide down and make me look like I have raccoon eyes :( same case for mascara, nothing stays and everything I use (from Helena Rubinstein to makeup forever) has the ability to not smudge on my eyes :( so what you recommend? What eyeliner and mascara? thanks in advance!!;)
