The shades in this palette are vibrant yet wearable, and these six beauties create some of the most beautiful poolside looks. I love Giorgio Armani makeup. Their products are always top-notch in texture and performance, and though this Summer's collection was tiny, it packed a punch. I cannot wait to try more of the Flash Lacquers, since they are like less sticky and more fluid versions of my beloved Chanel Glossimers. 519 does not have any shimmer, so I will report once I am able to see if the shimmery editions cause any peeling. The Summer 2013 Face & Eye Palette by Armani ($88 USD), also called the Bronze All-Over Palette, is a double-decker product housed in an oval black compact with a nifty magnetic closure. Armani is forever chic, so it comes as no surprise that this palette managed to capture my heart. The beauty of the bronzer has caused plenty of palpitations since its launch a couple months ago, but product itself performs well. Check out the swatches and bronzer comparisons after the jump!
I might be a Chanel Le Vernis addict, but there is no denying how attracted I am to Deborah Lippmann's glitter nail polishes. Mermaid's Dream, a seafoam green with blue and gold shimmer which debuted in the Spring of 2012, was so popular that DL decided to create a complete mermaid collection. Though none of these Summer 2013 shades swept me off my feet the way Mermaid's Dream did, I still love and recommend two of the four shades released. I love filming haul videos, and this one was really fun in particular because there is a little something for everyone here! Chanel Lilis 647 Le Vernis is the last of the three Chanel Summer 2013 nail polishes I purchased. I hesitated initially because this deep, rich coral looked too warm for my taste when I glanced at it in department store lighting. This relatively conservative (in comparison to the "louder" metallic Bel-Argus and Azure from the same release) true cream nail polish, however, won me over at first swipe.
There is something highly addicting about the high vinyl shine and comforting feel of the new Lâncome Gloss in Love. There are 18 luminous shades available, but today I will share with you my favorite five. Click to see swatches after the jump!

This is not the traditional heavy false lash and deeply contoured makeup look that I tend to wear in my videos, so I hope this (brief) departure will be welcomed by most of you. The colors of the products used in the video below can be built up. I, however, chose to wear them subtly because I wanted to emphasize the glowing nature of the emollients. This collection is very special because it is wearable yet unique. I hope you will agree!

For Summer 2013, Lancôme introduces an exciting resort-inspired collection of shimmering blues and deep bronzes. I love the inspiration of the beach landscape, since we have all daydreamed about escaping to a seaside resort. The theme is relatable, the makeup beautiful.. it is Summer at its finest. The Dior Bird of Paradise collection for Summer 2013 recently arrived at all Dior counters in the United States. The Nail Lacquer Duo in Samba 001 was the first to catch my eye, naturally, and it is the only item from the Dior collection I have purchased thus far. I passed on the Bahia duo as it is more in line with the permanent range of Dior polishes. Just as with my Chanel Azure nail polish review, this post will be just as much a feature of this nail polish duo as it will be a comparison of the shades. There are similar colors on the market currently, so many of you have asked me if splurging on this duo was worth it. See my thoughts after the jump!

I am a sucker for green nail polish. As soon as I saw the Chanel Summer 2013 press release photographs, I fell head over heels for the Azure Le Vernis. It is much less green and far more turquoise in comparison to the stock pictures, but Azure ($27 USD) did not fail to impress. See more photos after the jump!
Let us welcome the Chanel's newest release, the Summer 2013 makeup collection!The dazzling colours of butterfly wings inspire a joyful look for Summer, with the enchanting collection L’ÉTÉ PAPILLON DE CHANEL. Creative Director of CHANEL Makeup Peter Philips envisions electric shades of gold, pink and platinum to set eyelids aglow, with lashes fluttering in whimsical aqua, lime and blue hues. Crisp peach and bright raspberry grace the lips, while nails finish the fleeting mood in glimmering shades of intense coral, deep blue-green and heavenly blue.
I spent the morning swatching nearly the entire collection. I had previously purchased two of the nail polishes and one of the glossimers at Macy's South Coast Plaza, so those individual reviews should be posted next week. The display below was missing the Zephyr Glossimer, the beige with shimmer, but I am positive it swatches sheerly because I took a look at it when I purchased my nail polishes. I will wait for the collection to arrive at my local Nordstrom and purchase the eyeshadow pens then, in order to collect points on my purchases.. I simply couldn't wait on Bel-argus and Azure! For Summer 2013, Tom Ford introduces a seasonal color collection that captures the luminous and sensuous effect of bronzed skin. This limited edition collection features the new Tom Ford Skin Illuminator, the Tom Ford Illuminating Cheek Color, and a harmony of shimmery and sheer shades for the eyes, lips and nails. The face and cheeks are illuminated with peach-pink and bronzed amber; eyes are dewy and mesmerizing with delicate tones of pale pink and nude peach; nails are given a pearlized wash of white, and lips are lacquered in shimmery golden pink pearls.
It is effortlessly chic, with focused color to enhance sun-kissed skin. I personally cannot wait to try the skin illuminator, since I rarely wear tinted liquid highlighters. I am anticipating to be swept off my feet, as per usual. Will it pair harmoniously with his Illuminating Pens? Stay tuned to find out!
