Rimmel recently launched a brand new mascara called ScandalEyes Rockin' Curves, so I created a rock-inspired tutorial to celebrate its release! I love old rock songs, especially those by Tom Petty, so I used the music video from "Free Fallin'" to inspire my look. The heavily rimmed, bold eyeliner look has always been near and dear to my heart, so I chose raw, sharp lines with a hint of color to achieve that quintessentially effortless, rock-chic look. Instead of mirroring the mauve nude lip trend right out of 1989, however, I went with a more modern route and chose a creamy, peach-beige nude to balance out the purple lower lash line.
