Hello, everyone! It is high time for a fitness update, now that I am officially in love with hot yoga and have just recently discovered how to best balance my two loves. Yes, this is a departure from makeup, but many of you have been requesting basic lifting information, so I will provide you with a couple weightlifting split ideas after the jump!
Some of you may have noticed, but I have been experiencing a bout of acne recently. There are many factors involved (hormones, lack of sleep, not removing makeup before sleeping, etc.), but the bottom line is that I have felt the pressure to resolve it. I have been using the new Clarins Double Serum, which can be found HERE, and it has been deeply hydrating and calming my skin. I demonstrate how I apply the serum to my bare face and discuss in detail the positive effects I have seen in the last week of use in the video below!
