HAUL | Best New Fall/Winter 2016 Beauty Launches ft. Tom Ford, Lancome, Louboutin and more

Although my recent obsessions are nude lipsticks and styling my short hair, there have been so many new Fall and Winter products that I've been collecting and enjoying. I rounded up all my favorite beauty launches because they're totally worth putting on your radar!

Claretcast // Doe // Smoked Almond // Life's Blood // Medium Rare
MAC's Liptensity Lipsticks are all the rage online because for just $21, you get an extremely pigmented and long lasting yet hydrating gel-based lip color. Some have mentioned that the formula is reminiscent of Amplified, but it does not have that odd taste that I cannot tolerate. The Liptensity finish is a satin look, which can be blended in with a finger for a more matte look or topped with a clear gloss for shine. I like to apply straight from the bullet for full intensity color, and the packaging is quite sleek and practical! Go check out all twenty four shades at Nordstrom because I promise, you'll covet at least one shade.

The Tom Ford Waterproof Foundation/Concealer is a brand new full coverage formula that actually is waterproof and feels comfortable on the skin. Although I recommend using a brush to build up the formula on trouble areas, I like to sheer it out with my fingertips. The packaging is travel friendly and since the product stands up well to humidity, so this is a keeper for my makeup bag. I use shade 6 Natural all over my face and mix in a bit of 4 Fawn under my eyes since I've been struggling with dark circles. For reference, I will need 5.5 Bisque once my tan fades.

Tom Ford's Shimmer Shot is the latest liquid highlighter to hit the market. The bronze shade is called Lust for Life, but I only have Spin Spin Sugar to share with you. Unlike his previous peachy pink liquid illuminator in Fire Lust, the Shimmer Shot is meant to be used alone as a highlighter but I believe a small amount can also be mixed with foundation to create a pearly yet natural luminosity. It blends more easily and glows without looking greasy or sparkly. Tom Ford recommends applying to the bridge of the nose and tops of the cheeks and under the brow arch for best results.

You've probably already seen the buzz surrounding Tom Ford's Lip Contour Duos which launched earlier this fall. My friend Sabrina of the Beauty Look Book gifted me two shades 07 Secret Escort, a cooler cherry red, and 06 Devil Inside, a warmer coral red. The sparkling lip liners don't necessarily match but I think that helps add variation to the look of the lipsticks so you can customize the look to suit your taste! I personally wear them separately because the lipstick is extra creamy with a glossy sheen. I can achieve full coverage with two swipes on each upper and lower lip.

I was super excited to see that Lancôme had created a Grandiose Extreme Mascara because I was a fan of the original's swan neck wand design despite the silicone brush head. I always prefer waterproof formulas since I need extra strong curl hold but this one makes my lashes incredibly voluminous without drooping! The long bristles provide precision while the short bristles provide volume and the color is a true black. The new matte black packaging is on trend and the rose detailing is very modern.

As a match for their latest mascara, Lancôme released the Grandiose Liquid Eyeliner. I was so excited to see that the formula dried completely matte and was impressively resistant to smudges. It also features the soft flexible foam tip of the Artliner, the first liquid liner I ever used and loved. The wand has a ball mechanism that allows it to bend at 35 degrees to help navigate the eyelid with precision. Although it can appear gimmicky, it actually does help with stability if you don't have steady hands. Nordstrom is offering a gift with purchase right now, so take advantage of the offer to stock up on travel sized goodies!

502 // 601 // 400 // 602 // 503
Giorgio Armani has added their two cents to the booming liquid lipstick realm with their Lip Magnets, which actually reminds me of their nail polish packaging. They're pricey but don't dry out my lips and are incredibly bold and long lasting with a semi-matte finish. The colors pull noticeably darker than they appear in the glass packaging, which was a pleasant surprise for me! The applicator reminds me of YSL's Glossy lips although the Lip Magnet tip looks more like a calligraphy pen, not as much foam. Nordstrom just received testers so I'm going to swing by a counter to see 504, 505, and 506 before purchasing!

Last but not least we have the much talked about Christian Louboutin Blonde Tornade Eau de Parfum, a scent of desire. It is quite a luxury, $275 for 2.7 fl oz, but just look at it! Louboutin excels at visuals and these perfume bottles will look stunning on any vanity. I adore the ombre look to the sculptural glass bottle and the fragrance itself lasts all day on my skin with one or two spritzes. The top notes of rhubarb and cassis, the middle notes are Bulgarian rose and jasmine sambac absolute, and the base notes are cedarwood and sandalwood. I notice the patchouli but only faintly with the dry down. The overall mood feels sensual without leaning powdery or overdone!
